About Us

Do you have a store that I can visit?

We are an online store however our products are sold by select stores across South Africa. If you would like to see our products "in real life" before purchasing please get in touch and we will advise you of the closest Andsara stockist to you.

Where are your products made?

All our fabrics are hand block printed in Rajasthan, India and stitching is split between India and South Africa depending on the product.

Products

Are the colours online true to life?

We try our utmost to ensure that the photographs on our website are the truest representation of the textile you will receive. However, colours may vary ever so slightly from the colours shown, as screen quality varies across different devices and brands.

Are the fabrics in your range available to purchase by the meter?

At this stage we do not sell fabric by the meter.

I'm not sure what cushions to put together. Can I get some advice?

Yes of course, we are happy to offer suggestions to put together a scheme that works for your space. Send us an e-mail to info@andsara.com with details on your space and we will work with you to find the perfect mix of prints.

Logistics

How long does shipping take?

This will depend on where you are situated. For main centres in South Africa shipping will take 2 - 3 working days from date of dispatch and outlying areas 3 - 5 working days. Note that orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping quotes please contact info@andsara.com. The customer will be responsible for all customs tax and import duties that are levied by their respective country. You will be sent a tracking number which will enable you to track your shipment. Note we do not accept returns on international orders.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

How do I cancel an online order?

If you would like to cancel an online order please contact us immediately on info@andsara.com, so we can cancel the parcel pick up. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us in good order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please e-mail info@andsara.com to arrange your return and include your order reference, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Note that returns must be received within 10 days of order delivery and must be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable conditions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.For more information please refer to our Returns Policy.

My order has damaged or incorrect items, what do I do?

Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Andsara at our own cost. Please e-mail info@andsara.com within 3 business days of delivery should the items received be damaged or not reconcile to your invoice. Please note that our range of textiles is handprinted and we do not consider printing irregularities a fault, these are part of the charm of the process.
