Shipping

Local door to door deliveries are charged at a flat rate of R85. Free shipping applies to orders exceeding R1500.

Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received. We typically dispatch parcels every Tuesday and Thursday and endeavour to deliver within 5-7 business days.

For international shipping quotes please contact info@andsara.com. The customer will be responsible for all customs tax and import duties that are levied by their respective country. You will be sent a tracking number which will enable you to track your shipment. Note we do not accept returns on international orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchases but should you wish to exchange or return any item please refer to the terms below.

Please e-mail info@andsara.com to arrange your return and include your order reference, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of order delivery.
  • Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If a return isn't within the return policy, it will be shipped back to you.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request for exchange.

In order for a return or exchange to be processed customers are requested to send the items to: Andsara (Pty) Limited, 4 Hilton place, 8 Mackinder Road, Hilton3290 Kwa-Zulu Natal at their own cost. Please note that the customer is responsible for safe delivery of items for return or exchange and as such we recommend the use of a courier or postal service that offers tracking and/or insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If a return is approved for refund,  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Andsara at our own cost. Please e-mail info@andsara.com within 3 business days of delivery should the items received be damaged or not reconcile to your invoice.
